I can't speak high enough of them. I ordered the Fighting Spirit of Judo by Yamashita several months agao through there site. Well, when I got my email confirmation it never said what the delivery estimate was. I emailed them back and told them I was going on vacation soon and was hoping to have it in time so I could read it on the flight. They made sure I got it on time by expediting my order...two definite thumbs up for them.
