We are very happy to welcome Takeshi Yamashima Shihan (8th dan) to Boulder Aikikai. Yamashima sensei studied under Yamaguchi Sensei for 20 years and is currently the head instructor at Chiyoda and Nerima Aikido dojos in Tokyo. Classes begin Friday evening with a full day of practice on Saturday, classes end on Sunday at noon. We have a variety of keiko options, including online if you’d like to practice in your own dojo or home. ​​​​​​

Fees
We have a simple fee schedule for keiko. In-person has three options, full seminar, Saturday only, or any morning, afternoon or evening block. There are also two online options, individual or dojo. Choose between three payment amounts, whatever fits your schedule or budget. For those who would like to practice as a group in their home dojo, a donation can be made through our PayPal link.
